She’s the perfect walking buddy, and she doesn’t need tons of exercise to be happy. May is house-trained, not a barker, and sleeps well through the night. She gets along well with both dogs and cats, though she’s not very interested in playing with other dogs. When she’s happy, she turns into a little dancer: her whole body wiggles, and her curled tail joins the show!<br/><br/>May is smart and independent. She won’t bother you if you’re busy and will patiently wait for her turn to go on a walk. She’s calm, gentle, and a bit on the shy side. When she first moved from the shelter to her foster home, she needed some time to adjust, so she’ll do best with a patient person who will give her time to settle in and feel comfortable.<br/><br/>May is currently in a foster home in New Jersey, where she lives peacefully with two dogs and two cats. We believe she’ll do best in a home with a fenced yard and another friendly dog.
