May is a highly intelligent Heeler/Husky mix. She was dumped with her littermates and came to us showing clear signs of neglect. After some much needed R&R May is happy and healthy and ready for her next phase of life.<br/> <br/>She is a VERY smart dog. She would do wonderfully with someone who can keep up with her curiosity and take her out daily to sniff and explore. She could also make a great little ranch dog. She likes to play hard with her siblings and loves a good soak in cool water during the summertime.<br/> <br/>Given that May is a younger dog she would do well in a home with someone who can give her consistent training and mental stimulation. She still needs plenty of opportunities to potty outside as she gets the hang of holding for longer periods of time. She is in her chewing phase, so an ample supply of antlers and chew toys are a must!<br/>Since she hasn't been introduced to cats, her compatibility with them would need to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.<br/>May is waiting to meet you!
