Maxine is a delight. She arrived underweight and a little confused, but has become the belle of the shelter. Wise and gentle, she is friendly and calm to all she meets; dog, cat, or human. She especially enjoys group play and interacts well with the smallest and largest dogs we have. <br/><br/>Maxine is about 3 years old and weighs 53 pounds. She's in the prime of her life and ready to settle into a home to provide friendship and love for a kind individual or family. It is always best to make an appointment by calling or texting 859-420-0175. If the phone is not answered right away, please leave a message and your call will be returned quickly!<br/><br/>We require an application. We can send you a copy by email, you can download one at fopcp.org, or we can arrange a time to fill one out over the phone. The fee covers the mandatory spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, dewormer, and first round of flea and tick preventatives. We accept cash, checks, and a QR code on the application allows you to pay by credit card, Pay Pal, or Google Pay. <br/><br/>We are happy to answer any questions you may have!
