This sweet and very smart little guy came to DASH with several other small dogs when his owner had to go into a nursing home and could not take him with them. He is currently in our DASH Prison Program where he is working on his basic commands, which his trainer says he is picking up very quickly. He is also working on his socialization skills, he likes other dogs, but doesn't really care to play with them. He does not like to be crated, he wants to be with his people, so that is a work in progress, but he does love his walks and to cuddle whenever the opportunity presents itself. He is also very kid friendly, but has not been cat tested. He is very treat motivated and loves a good piece of ice over an actual treat. This boy is ready to find his forever home with a family or person who will continue with his training so he can continue to be the best boy for the rest of his life.
