Meet Max! Max was adopted as a puppy and his mom loves him dearly, but her job takes her out of state every week and Max is super sad without his mom around. She'd love to find a new family that isn't away as much so he can feel safe and secure all the time. <br/><br/>His mom has this to say about him: <br/><br/>Max is a snuggle bunny, he is incredibly affectionate, and gives human style hugs, especially when you come home from being out or need a little extra love on hard days. For Max, Ball is life. He loves, loves, loves his ball - his favorite activity is throwing / retrieving the ball, he even loves to sleep with his ball tucked next to him, and nothing is better than a belly rub while holding his ball. Max also loves tug of war with his stuffies and chewing on his synthetic bones. He does not destroy anything in the house that is not one of his toys. <br/><br/>He knows sit, stay, drop it, place, and is working on "off". He loves the couch and the bed as much as his own bed. He's very cautious and will do anything for cheese. He did not take to a crate after he outgrew his puppy sized one/ once he was house trained. He loves to sleep in and take long naps on the couch. He is very loyal, affectionate and loves an adventure, whether that's a walk, hanging on the patio, a car ride or having vistors. He likes other dogs, too, (as seen in the pic with his tri-pod friend!) as long as they don't play too aggressively. <br/><br/>Max would love a home with a fenced yard so he can run around, and maybe even some human siblings to play with. <br/><br/>Snatch up this sweet, plug-and-play dog quick! Additionally, if you would like to foster Max, it would be an immense help as boarding him or hiring house sitters is difficult for Max, as well as financially difficult.
