We’re determined to help Max find the right family who will appreciate just how special he is. <br/><br/>What We LOVE About Max<br/>- Extremely affectionate & loving<br/>- Max loves being with his people and is happiest curled up on the couch, soaking up attention and belly rubs.<br/>- Loves other dogs!<br/>- He is very friendly and loves to play. He can get a little excited when first meeting another dog, but his intentions are always playful and social.<br/><br/>Loves walks in nature<br/>Max enjoys getting outside and exploring, but he is also a total couch potato. He doesn't need to be constantly on the go.<br/><br/>Excellent on leash<br/>He is very well-behaved, obedient, and a pleasure to walk.<br/><br/>Almost zero prey drive<br/>Squirrels, rabbits, birds... At Home Free Animal Rescue, our goal is to make adopting a rescue dog as simple as possible. Our foster families are also alert to our pets' behaviors and needs so that we are better able to fit pet to adopter based on personality and requirements. When looking to adopt a new friend through HFAR, please be sure to let us know what's important to you, so that we can help place the perfect pet in your home. Our fees are based on the costs incurred in rescuing each animal on an individual basis,
