Max's Story

Max is a bit of a wild child. He was picked up roaming and never redeemed. Max would love a home with another dog savvy dog with the same amount of energy to match his. He would also be fine as an only dog. It appears that Max has had little to no training and his adopter will have to be patient with him, and be prepared to at the very least provide basic obedience. Max is a young, smart dog, with extremely high energy. Due to his high energy Max is looking for a home with no small children, small dogs, or cats. Max is seeking an adopter who will give him an outlet for his exercise requirements, as he is an athlete and prefers to do everything at a high rate of speed. If you think Max might be the ideal companion for you please contact Windham Animal Control, aco@windhamct.gov or (860)465-3087. Applications must be completed prior to meeting Max.
