Max is a handsome 5-year-old, 60-pound Shepherd/Kelpie mix looking for the right person to call his own. He’s had a loving home for the past year, but unfortunately finds himself in need of a new beginning.<br/><br/>Max has put in the work — he’s spent weeks training with certified trainers and it shows. He walks beautifully on a leash and truly enjoys getting out for daily walks. One of his absolute favorite things? Water! Max loves to swim and would thrive with someone who enjoys an active lifestyle.<br/><br/>He can be a little timid at first, especially around men and young children, but with patience and consistency, he warms up and becomes incredibly loyal and affectionate.
