Max is a quirky and sensitive weirdo. Often more like a 35lb cat - laying in sunbeams most of the day, avoids getting his feet wet, a cheese snob, and initially aloof. While he is not a fan of strangers, and needs some time to decide it is safe to trust, he is secretly best friend material. Once he knows you are trustworthy and kind, there is no going back. He loves being tucked fully under a blanket with his people, learning new tricks (he's very food motivated) and becomes a silly happy little wiggle butt every time he sees you (even if you've only been gone 5min).
