What is Pet Refuge’s adoption process?

Pet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. We are a closed admission shelter that supports our local animals control facilities by helping take in the overflow of cats and dogs from their facilities. We also take in owner surrenders as space allows.
