Meet Max! <br/><br/>At just 1.5 years old, Max is already a BIG guy with an even bigger heart! This lovable boy has so much love to give and absolutely adores people. He can be a little exuberant when he's excited, and because of his size, his enthusiasm may be a bit much for smaller children, but he is happiest when he's getting to spend time with his people.<br/><br/>Max is also a social butterfly when it comes to other dogs! He loves playing with his canine friends and would be thrilled to find a forever home with another dog who enjoys having a big, goofy playmate around. <br/><br/>He's accustomed to walking nicely on a leash, so he could do just fine in a home without a fenced yard. That said, if you have a fenced-in yard, Max would absolutely LOVE having a safe space where he can run, play, and burn off some of that young-dog energy!<br/><br/>And can we talk about those ears?! Max has some of the softest ears around and would happily let you spend your day giving them scratches. <br/><br/>Max does have some special dietary needs due to a genetic disorder, but don't let that scare you away! With his prescription diet and a Denamarin supplement, Max is thriving and doing wonderfully.
