Max's Story

Meet Max, our sweet and handsome boy that's ready to shower a new family in love!

Max is a 46 lb, 1-year-old shelter star! He was a little overwhelmed when he first entered the shelter but quickly learned and adjusted to his new daily routine.

As he settled, Max surprised staff with his smarts! He comes pre-programmed with 'sit' and has shown potential with other commands like 'down'! Max does well on leash, but needs a little encouragement inside, slippery floors are understandably scary!

Max enjoys having a doggy friend to run around with, but needs to get warmed up around them before they get into any crazy roughhousing. As always, we recommend current household dogs meet potential new pups before adoption.

This goofy boy loves a good belly rub and enjoys having anyone's attention! He's practicing his manners and waiting for someone to show them off too!
