Hi, I’m Maverick! I’m a 1-year-old Great Pyrenees/Poodle mix weighing about 94 pounds, and yes—I’m a big boy with an even bigger heart. Don’t let my size fool you though… I’m basically just a giant teddy bear who wants to love on everyone I meet.<br/><br/>I can be a little “talkative” when you first come up to my space—I like to greet you with some funny little vocalizations—but it’s all part of my charm. As soon as you come say hi, I’m all about the love! I’ll happily come right over, lean in, and even stand up to give you big hugs with my paws on your shoulders. I’m incredibly sweet, affectionate, and just want to be close to my people.<br/><br/>I’ve got great manners, too. I listen well, know basic commands like sit, and do wonderfully during things like vet visits without needing any fuss. I also absolutely love being outside—it’s my favorite place to be! I’m looking for a home that will appreciate my size, my sweet nature, and give me plenty of love, attention, and outdoor time.
