I'm Maverick, a one-year-old, 53-pound Retriever/Collie mix. I was given up through no fault of my own -- my owners divorced and could not keep me. I've lived in a home and am eager to find my new family! I'm with a foster right now, and I'm doing great: I'm fully housetrained, I ride well in the car (even for long distances), and I'm friendly when meeting new people and other dogs. I settle easily and sleep all night in my dog bed. My foster mom says I'm delightful -- smart and eager to please.
