Meet Maverick, a spunky, a 3- 1/2 year old not so typical yorkie mix!<br/><br/>He still has puppy energy and wants to play with other dogs and does well with kids. He walks fine on a leash, but seems a little timid during neighborhood walks. That could be because he is unfamiliar with his foster mom's neighborhood. <br/><br/>He would do well in a home with another dog who can teach him the ropes or with other people who will be patient with him as he learns from his mistakes. Maverick is a submissive and slightly nervous dog but with time, should gain confidence in himself and his people. <br/><br/>Maverick will do best in a home where there is someone around most of the time.
