Matty, the Shih Tzu is adorable!

Matty found himself in the rural countryside in terrible condition. They were picked up by the county ACO whom contacted #CCACtx to help! Poor Matty had to have an emergency grooming because he was so overgrown with mats embedded with debris going into his skin. Maddie will require constant grooming throughout his lifetime, including brushing to keep him healthy. <br/><br/>Matty is absolutely adorable, he loves his peeps! He is affectionate, and seeks attention. He just wants a place to land (such as your lap) that would provide love, and adoration. <br/><br/>Matty is neutered up-to-date on all vaccines, microchipped. And heartworm negative. We do anticipate multiple applications for precious Matty.
