Matt's Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Matt, a 5-month-old Lab mix puppy with the sweetest soul and the biggest heart.
This precious baby was found alone on the streets while being attacked by 3 large German Shepherds. They had already attacked him once and were coming back for him again when we found him. Poor Matt was bleeding from his neck and terrified. No puppy should ever have to experience that kind of fear and pain.
Despite everything he endured, Matt has chosen love. Today he is a happy, playful puppy who absolutely adores people and other dogs. He has such a gentle nature and even does wonderfully with friendly cats. His resilience is truly incredible.
Matt is healthy, thriving, and has already started his vaccines. Now all he needs is a safe and loving home where he can finally enjoy the puppyhood he deserves.
We are looking for either a foster home or forever family for this special boy. Ideally, Matt would love a home with a yard and maybe another friendly dog to play, learn, and bond with.
If you live in San Diego County and would like to give Matt a chance at the beautiful life he deserves, please complete our foster application at tlck9rescue.orgâ
