When we rescued Matilda from a municipal shelter, she came with a warning: she was very frightened and didn't want to be handled. Within moments of being given a safe space with a volunteer, she was loosening up and wagging her tail.<br/><br/>Tilly is around 3 years old and had her life turned upside down. It is no wonder she is wary of the unknown. Give her time and space to get to know you and you will have a snugglebug friend for life.<br/><br/>Tilly gets along with other dogs in her foster home.
