Matcha is an intelligent, outgoing, happy pup always excited for the new day's adventures. She was transferred into our care, and we realized that she is a little more unique than other dogs. Matcha has a neurological condition that affects her balance and coordination-you may see it with her happy little head tilts, involuntary eye movements, and some wobbly walks here and there.
