Matcha is an intelligent, outgoing, happy pup always excited for the new day's adventures. Matcha has a neurological condition that affects her balance and coordination-you may see it with her happy little head tilts, involuntary eye movements, and some wobbly walks here and there. Nonetheless, Matcha is just like any other dog, smiling at the challenges ahead and looking for her family to love forever.
