Mary Jane has been waiting patiently like the goodest girl on Santa’s list. She’s 4 years old, about 50 pounds, and truly a gift wrapped in fur. Beautiful inside and out with a patient start, MJ is affectionate, playful, and full of holiday cheer. She will need time to decompress. She could happily share her Christmas cookies with another submissive pup or be the only present under the tree soaking up all the love. No cats for MJ. We think an adult home that’s not too busy would help her transition into a happy, confident life.<br/><br/> Mary Jane is agile and athletic with a North Pole–worthy vertical jump, so she needs a backyard with a tall fence. Water is her favorite : hoses, sprinklers, and baby pools give her full-on Jingle Bell Zoomies. She’s aching for a place to run, play, and trust her person completely. She loves walks, hikes, and overall activity! <br/><br/> Mary Jane is learning commands and already knows sit, down, shake, crawl, and “gimme a kiss.” She’s expressive and will chat with you — sometimes sounding like she’s yodeling her Christmas opinions. She rides well in the car, but thunderstorms and fireworks are on her naughty list. She LOVES watching TV, though action and war movies make her protective heart kick in (barking and jumping). She does NOT think Die Hard is a Christmas Movie.<br/><br/>All of our Wigglers are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, HW tested/treated, and on preventatives. Most of our adoptable dogs need fenced yards or an exercise regimen. We require proof of 2 consistent years of HW preventatives for current pets, UTD vaccines, and spay/neuter. Adoption fee is $400.
