Marv's Story

Meet Marv, Harry's equally handsome brother and the sleek counterpart to his fluffier sibling. At just over 3 months old and around 30 pounds, this half Great Pyrenees pup is also going to be a big boy, but with a slick, smooth coat instead of the fluffy look. Marv is all about playtime first, photos later-he'd much rather be wrestling with his brother, romping with his foster Basset siblings, or exploring the yard than posing for the camera. One thing you will notice immediately, though, are his absolutely stunning gray eyes-truly unforgettable.

Marv is incredibly intelligent and easygoing, picking up the doggy door faster than anyone expected. He's doing great with potty training, learning to crate train, and settles nicely when it's time to relax. Just like his brother, Marv is both playful and cuddly, with a calm, chill temperament that makes him a wonderful companion. If you're looking for a big-hearted, smart, affectionate pup with movie-star eyes, Marv might just be your perfect match.

Marv is a male Pyrenees/Lab mix with an estimated date of birth of 9/8/25. As of 12/13, he weighs 28 lbs.

ADOPTION FEEs: CASH or CHECK ONLY DOGS $200 ($275 for Puppies) - includes spay/neuter alteration, shots, microchip, medicines and other medical procedures, if necessary. OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS: Due to the Coronavirus we are suspending out of state adoptions until further notice. Our puppies can only be adopted to the immediate Houston vicinity as it takes 4 months for complete vetting by our Houston veterinarian. We have been inundated with too many applications and, going forward, we will only review applications for people who currently have a dog or who have had a dog where the vet reference is in THE APPLICANT's name. We are unable to respond to email inquiries and requests for updates as we do not have the staff or capacity to handle all the emails/applications we are receiving. We will contact you via email with approvals and/or requests should we need additional information. When we reopen for adoptions it will be by appointment only for pre-approved adopters with good vet references.
