Marty's Story

Meet Marty! *Multiple Visits*

To some, he might look familiar but Marty is ready for his new fur-ever home! Unfortunately, Marty was found as a stray. Upon intake, he was emaciated and overall, not in good condition. With medical care, time and tlc, he has bounced back and is feeling better than ever! Marty can be apprehensive with strangers but quickly warms up! He is a MAJOR goofball and a tank! He loves to play and enjoys cuddles. He believes he is the perfect size for a lap dog! He is smart and curious about a lot of things. He is not house trained but has improved tremendously! He would benefit greatly from further obedience training, socialization and does need leash work. He seems to do well with other dogs! If you have another dog, a meet and greet is required. A fenced-in yard is highly recommended. An adopter with previous breed experience is a must. He has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.
