Martin's bio:<br/><br/>Martin the Merry <br/><br/>Martin is so full of energy youd never guess hes 11 years old. At 37 pounds this shelter surprise/mutt has enough golden retriever in him to make him a true people person and pleaser. He does well with both dogs and cats but more than anything wants to get and give his special person lots of love. Martin enjoys going on walks (hell benefit with a little more leash training) riding in the car and would be a great all-around camping/hiking buddy. At present he sleeps in a kennel but would probably love having a spot in your bedroom. Martin is healthy and will soon complete a round of medicine to treat heartworm. (His heartworm is not transferable to other dogs.) Martin really IS merry all the time with a happy-to-see-you attitude. The person hell be most happy to see? The lucky one who opens up his/her heart and life to this wonderful pup.
