Marti was an owner surrender. They just decided they didn’t want her anymore. Not because she was a bad dog or caused any problems. Just because they were done with her. It is sad but not uncommon. Marti is safe now. She is in a foster home where is being well cared for. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm tested negative. The said she she appears to be about a year old. She is a tiny little girl only weighing about 8 pounds. Marti is a special little girl and deserves to be loved!
