Marshall's Story

Please read all of the description before you apply.Marshal is a 1-year-old, 32-pound, Whippet mix with a heart as big as his soulful eyes. This sweet boy has been through a lot in his short life. When he came to us, he had a broken shoulder and multiple lacerations, likely the result of being hit by a car. Sadly, no one ever came to claim him. The good news is that Marshal has been on the road to recovery and is doing wonderfully. His doctors expect his shoulder to heal well and do not anticipate arthritis later in life since the break did not involve the joint.
Despite everything he’s been through, Marshal is truly one of the sweetest, most loving dogs you’ll ever meet. He’s a total cuddle bug who enjoys relaxing on the couch just as much as he loves getting his zoomies out. He is potty trained, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and heartworm negative. Marshal does great with kids and other dogs, though he has not yet been tested with cats.
He would do best in a home with a fenced yard where he can safely stretch his legs and play, and he absolutely loves car rides, making him a perfect companion for adventures big and small. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate dog with a resilient spirit, Marshal might just be your perfect match.
His adoption fee is $250.
