Meet Marshall! <br/><br/>Marshall is a 75+ pound Boxer mix who is just over a year old. He came to us as an owner surrender after his previous family struggled to properly contain him. Marshall is a big, strong, active boy who needs structure, guidance, and room to thrive.<br/><br/>His previous owner shared that he did well with other dogs, though here he has shown signs of being selective at minimum. Proper introductions and experienced handling will be important. Because of his size, strength, and energy level, Marshall needs an adopter who is familiar with his breed type and committed to providing consistent training, exercise, and mental stimulation.<br/><br/>Shelter life has been hard on Marshall. He is scared and clearly uncomfortable in this environment. It may take time and patience to build his trust, but once he feels safe, he has the potential to form a strong bond with his person. Once he likes you, he becomes a hugger!<br/><br/>Marshall is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm tested, and he's ready for a fresh start.
