Marshall-Courtesy post's Story

Meet Marshall!

Marshall is a beautiful, 2 year old 60 pound friendly, and playful boy who would love to find his forever family, or a foster home where he can continue to thrive.

He loves to run and play and gets along well with his foster’s dogs and others he has met. He has also shown little interest in cats. When introduced to a cat being held, he simply sniffed and moved along.

Marshall is kennel trained, treat motivated, smart, and eager to learn. He knows his name and comes when called. He is still working on not pulling while walking on a leash, but he is learning every day. After playtime, Marshall is happy to settle down with everyone and relax during TV time.

He sleeps comfortably either in his kennel or outside of it, although he has not yet been left loose in the house while home alone.

Marshall is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, and tested heartworm negative in January 2026. He has remained on monthly heartworm prevention.

Marshall is a loving boy with so much to offer. Now he just needs someone willing to give him the chance he deserves. Could his forever—or foster—home be with you?

Interested ? Email info@goldenhuggs.org

Rescue is more than a verb. Its a promise.
