Marsala

Marsala is a very sweet boy who loves to sniff and explore. He's independent, but loves his people and very gentle with other dogs. <br/><br/>Marsala has returned from foster care and this is what his foster mom learned about this handsome boy. <br/><br/>"Marzi is a lover boy through and through. He loves to be near and attuned to his person. We’ve been working on his manners and he’s quickly learned when it’s time to settle down, to not jump up to give hugs, and to wait for a “break” command to leave his crate or go through a doorway. He is very food motivated so training is a breeze. <br/><br/>He has excellent social skills with other dogs, and has walked past dogs who were barking at him with no reaction at all! He has also seen a cat on a walk and had no reaction so I have reason to believe he might get along with a feline friend if properly introduced. Marzi is an amazing boy who has so much love to give."<br/>Marsala has a sweet, silly, loyal personality, plays well with other dogs, rides well in a car and is curious, quiet and easy going. <br/><br/>He is approximately 3 years old, weighs 90 pounds, is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Adoption fee is $125.00. Nevada County Animal Shelter dogs are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and are up to date on their flea, tick and heartworm prevention prior to adoption.
