Marmaduke rescue or sanctuary only's Story

Marmaduke is just over a year old. We are looking for a rescue or a sanctuary to take Marmaduke, we do not want to adopt him to a family. He is a very special needs dog. His mother had an infection when she was carrying the litter unbeknown to the owners. All the puppies suffered neurological problems. Marmaduke came in only weighing 80 lbs which is horribly underweight for a Great Dane. He has since put on some weight, not a whole lot but it is an improvement. I know most of you think he should be put down but if you could see his lovable affectionate nature you would have second thoughts. Marmaduke has to eat from a raised platform because his neck goes sideway and puts tremendous strain on his spine if he has to go down to the ground to eat. Alot like a giraffe. When he walks he lifts his leg real high like a trotter. When we let him out of his kennel, he stays close to the wall as if it is his guide. He loves to play with the Beagles in the play yard.
Carpeted floors would be best for him to help him keep his footing. If you would love Marmaduke and let him live out whatever life expectancy he would have, then we would love to see him to go to your rescue or sanctuary. We don't want to put him down but he goes wall to wall in our kennel and that is hard on him to manipulate himself because he needs a big area to turn around in and the shelter kennel is not the right environment for him. He is housebroken but needs to be let out frequently.
We will not Marmaduke go to a private individual because of his circumstances.
