Marie's Story

"💖 Meet Marie – Your Future Snuggle Buddy! 💖

Marie is a 9-month-old French Bulldog and a tiny 16 lbs, scrunched-up, bundle of pure cuteness and love. With her adorable squishy face and happy personality, she has a way of stealing hearts the moment you meet her.

Marie loves to play with other dogs, romp around, and then happily plop herself right into your lap for a cozy nap. She’s friendly, affectionate, and truly enjoys being around people. She also doesn’t mind cats, making her a wonderful fit for many types of homes.

She’s still a puppy and is learning the ropes of house manners, but she’s a quick learner and very treat motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding. Marie enjoys being outside, going on walks, and exploring, then coming home to snuggle with her favorite humans or her foster sister.

Marie would thrive in a home with another dog to play with and learn from, plus loving people who are ready for cuddles, laughs, and lots of affection. With a little guidance and a lot of love, she’ll grow into the most devoted companion you could ask for.

Marie is originally from California. As a young pup, she found herself in a shelter there after her owner was incarcerated. A few days later a “custodian” came for her. Somewhere between then and now this sweet girl ended up severely neglected and at ANOTHER high intake shelter…this time in Texas. It’s time to turn her story around!"

Marie is being fostered in Westminster, Colorado.

*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs.*

You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/marie/.

You can apply for our wonderful dogs at https://www.milehighcanine.org/adopt/adoption-application/.
