I am a 44 lb, 3 year old Dutch Shepherd though my foster human says with these ears, I am most certainly part Wabbit. I have been trained off leash and can use a doggie door. I take a treat gently and know the commands heel, sit, stay, down, wait and come. I ride well in the car if you need a companion to run your errands with. I am not destructive so I can be left alone in the house. I don't demand a lot of attention but am very soft and love cozying up on the couch with my humans. I would love a fenced yard but if you don't have one, I'm a good walker and would need a 30 minute walk or jog every day. I would be fine in a home with well-behaved kids over 5. I am dog-selective which means I am choosy about my K9 friends so if you have other dogs in the house, we need to meet to make sure we get along. Like most Shepherds, I can be cautious when it comes to strangers so if you need someone to look out for you, I'm your gal.
