March- Long Timer Special- Sponsored Adoption!'s Story

Say hi to March! He’s a 1.5-year-old Labrador Retriever that has been returned to us a few times due to incompatibility in the home with other animals. However, we did learn more about him from those homes and that will help us find his perfect match. He is an active dog with lots of energy to spend on fetch, running, and going on walks. He also loves to chew on bones. Once he gets the time to burn off that energy, he can and will begin to settle down. His leash manners do need some work as he likes to grab the leash with his teeth and pull but once we get walking, he lets go of it and does much better. He will be quick to learn a potty training routine and was previously crate trained, as well.

March is incredibly dog selective and does not like cats. He will do best as a solo pet but, if you have a dog in the home, we’ll require a meet and greet prior to adoption to make sure they mesh well together. We aren't sure how he will do with cats. He is up to date on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped. Please fill out an application on our website to meet March!
