Marble's Story

“Marble” is now up for adoption! She was found roaming with another Pit Bull Terrier, who has already been adopted. Marble is approximately 3-4 years old, 55 lbs, was given a clean bill of health and is up-to-date on vaccines. She is silly friendly, playful, intelligent and loves attention. She has been learning new commands and walks well on a leash. She has tested well with other dogs, but has not been tested with cats. Although she is not spayed, her adoption includes a low cost sterilization voucher through the State of Connecticut Animal Population Control Program. Our Mission

Donations accepted: towels, leashes, collars, unopened dog or cat food, dog toys, dog treats, kitty litter, pet cages. Monetary donations are also accepted for expenses such as veterinarian bills, dog/cat food and cleaning supplies. Supplies are used for the animals at the shelter and are also stored for emergencies.
