Maple Update - 3/17/2026 <br/><br/>Hi!! My name is Maple and I just turned one year old <br/><br/>I've been staying with my foster mom and she says I've been doing so well! I'm fully potty trained and haven't had a single accident in the house for weeks (I'm very proud of that ).<br/><br/>At first I was a little scared of stairs, but now I go up and down three flights like a pro multiple times a day! I love going on walks and hikes, and I'm great on a leash-I don't pull at all. I'm the perfect mix of adventure buddy and cuddle companion <br/><br/>I'm a super friendly boy. I don't bark at dogs, cats, or people-I just want everyone to pet me! I also love playing fetch and will drop the ball right at your feet so we can keep playing.<br/><br/>I already know how to sit, and I'm very respectful in the house-I never chew on furniture or my foster mom's things. My favorite toys are squeaky ones and dog bones... and right now I'm obsessed with my rubber ducky-I love carrying it around everywhere <br/><br/>I'm also great in my crate-I actually love it! I can relax quietly and do really well when left home alone.<br/><br/>When I'm not playing, I'm all about the cuddles. I love snuggling on the couch or in bed, and I especially love curling up on my foster mom's legs while she studies I sleep through the night like a champ too!<br/><br/>I used to be a little nervous around men, but I've gotten so much better! My foster grandpa stayed with me for a whole week and now I love him.<br/><br/>I'm still learning new skills every day and love to please my humans <br/><br/>I'm a calm, loving, and easygoing boy who would fit into so many homes. If you're looking for a sweet best friend to go on adventures with and then snuggle up at the end of the day, I might be your perfect match
