Hi, I'm Maple! I'm a 42-pound Shepherd mix and proudly one of the silliest girls you'll ever meet. When I first arrived, I was pretty wary and unsure about people and didn't love a lot of interaction right away. <br/><br/>After getting the chance to decompress and feel safe, my true personality came bursting out-and wow, am I a fun, loving goofball. I can still be cautious with new people, so slow and gentle introductions help me feel comfortable without getting overwhelmed or spooked. <br/><br/>Once I trust you, my spunky, energetic side takes over in the best way. I have energy for days and would thrive in a very active home that can keep up with me. I love toys, chasing after them, and getting the zoomies over just about anything-I'll zip around like it's my job. <br/><br/>Being outside is one of my favorite things, and after a good play session, I'm all about affection. I adore being loved on and will happily climb right into your lap just to be closer to you. At the end of the day, I'm an incredibly sweet, silly girl who's ready to bring tons of joy and laughter into the right home.<br/><br/>My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.<br/><br/>All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.<br/><br/>Happy Adopting!
