Mango's Story

Mango is a pint-sized queen of chaos and cuddles! At 2 years old and just 14 lbs, this adorable little lady is equal parts snuggle bug, neighborhood watch captain, and professional attention seeker. She absolutely adores people and firmly believes pets and belly rubs should be provided on demand.

She gets along wonderfully with other dogs after a brief warming up period and would thrive in a home with another small- to medium-sized canine buddy to wrestle, zoom, and nap with. While she enjoys playtime, her favorite activity is being wherever her humans are. Mango is looking for a home with a fenced in yard where someone is around most of the day, because being left alone in a crate is simply not her idea of a good time. (In fact, she would happily file a formal complaint about crates if given the opportunity.) Kids 10+ may be considered and we have not cat tested her.

She’s currently learning leash manners and making great progress, but she’ll need continued positive reinforcement to master her basic cues and become her very best self. Like any self-respecting corgi, she takes her security duties very seriously — whether it’s alerting you to the UPS truck three streets over or announcing the presence of a squirrel within a two-mile radius.

If you’re looking for a funny, affectionate, opinionated little sidekick with a huge personality and an even bigger heart, this spunky girl may be your perfect match. If you’re interested in meeting Mango, the first step is to complete our meet and greet application at https://www.corgisandfriends.com/forms. We require the application, home and reference check, and meet with everyone in the home. Mango is spayed, utd on vax, and HW-. Her adoption fee is $475 and we do not adopt outside of Colorado.
