Mama Spice's Story

Hi I'm Mama Spice. I have just given birth to our latest litter, the Spice Puppies. I am a sweet and caring husky, super friendly with all I meet. I joined Arctic Rescue with a limp as a result of an old bullet wound, and I am awaiting decisions on treatment. Could you be my forever family? I have not been formally cat or kid tested. All Arctic Rescue dogs are marked "yes" to "Needs Experienced Adopter". This is because Northern Breeds typically have higher exercise, training, and care requirements than others. We recommend thoroughly researching the breed before pursuing adoption, if you do not have prior experience.

HOW OUR ADOPTIONS WORK: 1) We require all adopters to fill out an online application at: https://www.arcticrescue.com/adopt 2) We are a Utah-based rescue. All potential adopters must come to Utah and meet the dogs. We do not transport dogs. 3) We want to make sure that your home is the perfect fit for one of our dogs and vice versa. We want all members of the family to be happy and well matched with each-other, so require families to do a phone interview, reference checks, meet dogs and pass a home-inspection before adoption.
