Malone's Story

Mister Malone, the Boston boy, was surrendered by his owners to a partner shelter with a request for euthanasia due to epilepsy. Thankfully, the shelter reached out for rescue instead. His condition has been managed very well with medication, and he was successfully neutered, although he did have a seizure at the end of the procedure. Other than that, seizure activity has been minimal the last month, and with continued medical management (Pheno & Keppra) he can continue to live a happy life.

Malone, aka Loney is 2.5 years old and he loves his people. He doesn't care about other dogs so he would be fine as an only dog or with another easy-going dog. He can get over-excited and a little mouthy when he's anxious, so no little kids. He is OBSESSED with stuffie toys.

Malone is being fostered in Bay City, MI and his adoption fee is $200. In addition to being neutered, he is microchipped and fully vaccinated. You can apply for him at www.mittenmuttsdogrescue.com/adopt
