Major 's Story

Hi everyone! My name is Major and I am seeking a new committed forever home with one of you lucky folks. A good sam found me down around the Fish Market and brought me to the shelter last Friday, but no one came looking. I can't imagine why, because I am a pretty "awesome catch". If you would like to come find out for yourself, please fill out an application and come meet me. I love to have visitors, but would more love to go home soon! They take good care of me here, but as Dorothy once said, "there's no place like home"!

**Major will be neutered, vaccinated against Rabies and heartworm tested prior to going to his new home. He has been given a canine distemper and Bordetella vaccinations along with a simple dewormer.**

Major will have an adoption fee of $130.55 to cover the cost of his neuter, canine distemper and bordetella vaccinations, simple dewormer, and heartworm test. This fee does NOT cover the cost of his Rabies vaccination, this additional fee is paid directly to the vet clinic at time of pick up.

If you'd like to express interest in Major, please submit an adoption application here:

https://www.libertymissouri.gov/FormCenter/Liberty-Animal-Shelter-7/Liberty-Animal-Shelter-Adoption-Applicat-543

The Liberty Animal Shelter is open Monday and Tuesday 10a to 5p, Wednesday-Friday 10a to 6p, and 10a to 3p on the weekends.

*Hours are subject to change

We cannot guarantee the availability of any particular animal.
