1-year-old Major is seriously the cutest! Major proudly holds the title of "cutest blue nose at AHS," and honestly, he's not wrong. Rescued as a lost dog, this sweet boy has stolen our hearts with his big personality and even bigger heart. Major is super friendly, adores people, and will do just about anything for a treat. He's got good leash manners, though he can get a little bouncy when treats or toys are involved-it's part of his charm! We are open 12-5pm daily for you to come meet our wonderful adoptable animals. If you would like to submit an application prior to your visit please head to ahscares.org/adopt and click the Newark link to begin your application. Please note no application is approved prior to meeting the animal you are interested in adopting, so please come to the shelter & bring the family to meet a pet.
