She beams and bounces with glee and vitality!<br/>Things have greatly improved for Maizey since this Summer when she was found starved and abandoned in tiny crate on the street. When she was rescued, her bones protruded through her skin. Her eyes were downcast and brimming with anguish and fear. The first part of Maizey’s life was filled with cruelty and deep pain. Maizey was shown compassion and experienced kindness for the first time at the shelter. Nowadays, Maizey is a normal, energetic girl who loves to play with toys, go on long walks, run, kiss and hug! She is an affectionate, lively, smart sweetie who already knows sit, paw and down. She will gladly showcase her talents for a tasty token of appreciation. Like most puppies, Maizey can be mouthy when she’s excited but is a good listener and takes calm confident direction well. Maizey is looking for a loving home with someone who understands puppy behavior and has the patience and time to properly raise her. She would be best with an experienced dog parent who can provide the structure and guidance she needs to grow into a composed young lady. Maizey survived a terrible past no one should have to endure. She deserves a bright, safe future where she will never have to worry about being hurt again. Her adoption fee is $500.00, plus $8.50 for the dog license if you are a resident of NYC.
