These petite girls ( 5.3 lbs and 6.1 lbs) share a close bond and will need a calm, patient home where they can continue to build trust at their own pace.<br/><br/>MaiTai is a quiet girl, but also adventurous. She loves sitting on her foster mom's lap for about 15 minutes until she wants to check on what her sister is doing. She's really finding out what love is all about. Soraya is deaf, but you would never know it. She's spunky, adventurous and not afraid of anything. She wanders around the house independently like a boss! Many dogs with hearing loss benefit from parents who give them hand signals for commands. They love mealtimes and are good little eaters and are used to other dogs of all sizes and even cats. They are unbothered by any of them. <br/><br/>These cute girls have a puppy pen that’s their safe space. Their foster mom keeps the door open to so they can come and go as they please. They are piddle pad trained and use them like little champs. Their foster mom keeps their piddle pads in another room, so they have to come out of their pen to use them and they are really good about it. When their foster mom approaches outside of the pen, they’ll often scamper back inside — not out of fear, but because that’s where they learned affection happens.
