Magnolia is a sweet, sensitive girl with a heart of gold! She is a huge cuddle bug who loves her people hard. After a life outdoors, she is thoroughly enjoying being a “house hound” and prefers a dog bed or the couch to going for a walk. She is a little nervous in new situations but adjusts pretty quickly to her surroundings. She will do best with a calm, patient atmosphere that gives her the time to go at her own pace. Loud noises are not her favorite, so while she likes kids, she would do better with older kids or child free homes.<br/><br/>Magnolia loves other dogs! She is very gentle with cats but finds them a little scary, so she needs some time to warm up to them. She sleeps soundly in her crate at night and gives her foster mom a really hard time if she attempts to get her up before 8am (Maggie needs her beauty sleep!). If you're looking for the sweetest couch potato around, Magnolia is ready to be your best friend!<br/><br/>**This dog is heartworm positive and will be treated by the rescue and will be available for foster to adopt for a local family in or near Charleston, SC that is comfortable with the restriction requirements for the duration of treatment.<br/><br/>If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an application.
