Maggie Moo's Story

This 3-year-old sweetheart is equal parts couch potato and adventure girl! Maggie is a total love and attention hog who wants nothing more than to be close to her people. She adores car rides, loves her 80-pound foster brother, and would be thrilled to have a person who enjoys taking her on adventures.

Maggie is a low-riding, beefy girl with a gentle heart. She’s playful at times and loves trying to catch random bugs that may fly in the house! She currently prefers snacks over toys—she lives for food and treats! Her foster mom gives them sparingly to help her maintain her healthy 50-pound figure. She’s housebroken and does wonderfully in her crate, especially if she gets her treat when she goes in.

Maggie was found as a stray and has clearly been a mama in her past life. She’s now learning what it means to be pampered and loved. Just a heads-up—personal space isn’t really her thing! She was heartworm positive when I took her in. She had treatment and did amazing! She is ready for activity and adventure.

Maggie has gotten along well with the dogs she’s met, but she would love to be your one and only. She’s a total attention hog who will gently push her foster brother out of the way to be front and center for love. After going three years without the affection she deserves, she’s making up for lost time and soaking up every bit of attention she can get!

Adoption is $300 which includes her spay, age-appropriate vaccines, microchip and current monthly flea/tick prevention.
