Maggie May's Story

Meet Maggie May, our almost-2-year-old Cane Corso girl who is currently soaking up the good life in her foster home. She’s 76 pounds of big feelings, big loyalty, and big dog-friend energy!
If you have dogs, she’s already half in love with you. Maggie May absolutely adores other dogs and plays with every single one she meets. New people, though? That’s where she needs time. She’s cautious at first, but once she decides you're safe, she sticks to you like glue.
Cane Corsos are known for being loyal, smart, and deeply bonded to their people, and Maggie May is all of that. She follows her foster mom around the house, watches everything, and wants so badly to trust — she just needs someone who understands her pace.
Her perfect home would be with an experienced, low-key adult who has a confident dog! She loves a fenced yard where she can run and throw toys around, and she’s fine with kids as long as they’re respectful and not all over her. She likes to choose when she’s ready for affection.
Maggie May is being fostered in the Telford area, and any meet-and-greets will happen at her foster home.
If you’d like to meet her, just reach out — we’re open daily from 11–5.

If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared --bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history.
