Maggie was found outside in the extreme dangerous heat that we experienced here. Shes lucky to have been picked up and taken out of the heat and taken into a cool building with plenty of water to keep her temp down. <br/>Maggie shows physical signs of not having a great life prior to being picked up. Shes got a large scar on her back. The injury looks to have been significant. Its all healed now but the scar remains to remind us of the trauma that she endured. <br/>You will notice the cute ears that she puts up when someone talks sweet to her. Only one ear goes up because of what looks to be an old hematoma that left her ear damaged. Again, these are all physical signs that lead us to believe that Maggie was neglected most of her life.
