Maeven's Story

Maeven is a truly sweet and affectionate young girl with a gentle soul and a playful spark. She can be a little shy at first--especially around fast movements--but once she feels safe, her loving personality shines. She bonds quickly with her person and absolutely adores children.

Maeven is wonderful with other dogs and loves everyone she meets. Her play style is soft, polite, and gentle, making her a great fit for dog-friendly homes. While her recall is generally good, other dogs can briefly steal her attention--making friends is just too exciting!

Like many young pups, Maeven has a mischievous side. She's smart enough to open latch-style doors and, if given the chance, may snag socks or investigate counters and trash. Most of this was seen during a busy holiday stay; in her regular home environment, she settles in beautifully and is well-behaved.

She is crate trained but can also be trusted to sleep out at night. Maeven is housebroken with access to a dog door; without yard access, she may need help since she doesn't always signal when she needs to go out. She walks nicely on leash and enjoys her outings.

Maeven tends to prefer women but is warming up to men with patience and kindness. She's full of joy, enthusiasm, and has the cutest little happy dance when she's excited.

Maeven would thrive in a loving home that offers structure, supervision, and continued confidence-building. In return, she'll give endless affection, companionship, and smilesWe require professional obedience training from a certified trainer for ALL adoptions.
If you are interested in meet or adoption me, please fill out an adoption application athttps://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=sa3058&method=online_form_html&formid=41
