Maeve 's Story

There were fifteen dogs dumped on a deserted road, and a woman picked up five of them, for ended up with Zen Dog CT. The original photo of when they were found is mixed in with the pictures.
Foster mom said:
Maeve would thrive being adopted into a home with another dog, she absolutely adores my dogs and always wants to be near them (and is so smart taking her time to get near them).

Here are notes from first foster mom about Maeve. I think she is mixed with GSD and Lab but she could also have some Golden in her."

"Both girls are extreme snuggle bugs. If you pick them up they immediately relax and will melt into you. No squirming. Just loving. They are both very smart and learn fast. They are pretty good with the pee pads."

They are both very happy and friendly. They are not timid at all and there is no signs that they were ever abused or treated harshly in any way. They are just happy smart friendly cuddly puppies. The difference in them is that Maeve may be a little bit quicker to learn and Snuffie may be a little more laid back.

They love each other and foster sister, Rosebud. They are curious about the kitties but don’t chase them (my cats don’t back down). They love all people. My daughter had a ton of friends in and out of the house this weekend and the pups got lots of love and attention from all the kids."

**They are not spayed yet, but they will be spayed by the rescue at the rescue's expense, adopter needs to bring them to the appointment.

Zen Dog CT's adoption donation for Maeve is $565. This includes vaccines (rabies, dhpp), deworming, fecal testing, and spay.

https://form.jotform.com/ZenDogCT/zen-dog-ct-dog-adoption-application
