Madison Adopted’s FAQs

What is Animal Allies’s adoption process?

Our rescued cats and dogs are fostered in private homes, meaning their foster families care for them as their own. They thrive and learn with nurturing, attention, and love. Prior to adoption, all pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, updated on vaccinations, and tested/treated for internal and external parasites. We present several of our pets each weekend at Princeton Petsmart and at other times and locations by appointment. We maintain a barn cat program. We welcome your completed online adoption application and gladly answer inquiries. When approved to adopt your new pet, we'll arrange the adoption together. Animal Allies maintains a lifelong, loving interest in all our adopted pets.
